We are now offering “intro consultations” for those who want an initial introductory phone consultation to discuss general planning issues, considerations or queries in more depth than a basic enquiry call.
These would be useful for people looking at general planning issues, considerations or requirements for a site compared to our more specific development appraisal service which takes a site and specific objectives with a production of a written report for discussion as appropriate. These are, by virtue of their nature, designed to be quicker to enable them to be utilised for a initial consultation response ahead of our general lead in times for new work/appraisals and are at a reduced hourly rate.
So, how will these work? Key facts:
- Up to one hour of our time as required;
- Basic follow up (sign posting to information or similar depending on nature of the enquiry);
- £150.00 (including VAT).
To book:
- Go onto Select a Date & Time – Calendly and find a slot. The slots will show as 15 minute meetings but these are simply indicative of start times for this purpose. If you cannot see a slot which works for you (or you perhaps need an evening or weekend slot) – please drop us an email and we can see what we can do for you;
- Book a slot making sure you clearly state, within the booking notes, that you wish to book an intro consultation;
- Put your contact details (name, address, phone number) in the booking notes. This is enable us to send you an invoice.
Please note – invoices must be paid to confirm the intro chat booking, i.e. before the call takes place. Whilst we will work to assist with any queries within an initial consultation some queries may require more specific support or advice – if so, any further development appraisal work quotations will reflect the fees already paid as part of the intro consultation service.
